What we collect
We collect information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and message, when you contact us or become a client. To build demo websites, we also use business information that is publicly available, such as business listings and websites.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare demos and quotes, deliver and support our services, send invoices and meet legal obligations. We won't sell your personal information. If we email you about our services, every message includes a way to opt out, and we will honour it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and payment providers, and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Australia, for example in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
