Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build it before you commit to anything. You only pay if you approve it and want it live. The setup fee is $750, or 3 monthly payments of $250.
What do I need to provide?
Very little. We start from your public details. Photos, a logo and anything you'd like to add help, but they're optional.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We'll put the new site on your existing domain. If you don't have one, we can help you register one in your name.
Who owns the website?
You own your content and your domain. Your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel the care plan, we'll give you a copy of your site files.
Do I have to keep the care plan?
The care plan covers hosting, so your site needs it, or another host, to stay online. There's no lock-in. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
What counts as a small update?
Things like specials, opening hours, menu or price changes, new photos or adding a staff member, up to 30 minutes of changes each month. Unused time doesn't roll over. Bigger changes are quoted first, and nothing extra is charged without your OK.
What is the Google review booster?
We give you a QR code image and short review link to use on invoices, emails, your site or socials (print it if you like). Both take customers straight to your Google review page. We never write reviews or offer rewards for them.
How does the enquiry form and report work?
Your site gets a quote or booking request form. Each enquiry is emailed to you, and the customer gets an instant auto-reply so they know you've received it. Each month we email you a short report listing the enquiries your site brought in.
